Norway will be the first country in the world to switch off national FM-transmitters to do a full digital radio switchover. The decision was made after a long process, with the fulfillments of governmental criterias. The conference will cover the different factors for digital switchover on webcast. Svein Harberg, the chairman of the Culture Committee in Norwegian Parliament, opens the conference Radio’s Digital Leap at 10.15 am.
